We want you to be happy with your AeroPack purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at cross1eyes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the issue. Once we review and approve your claim, we’ll issue a full refund or send a replacement, whichever you prefer. In most cases, you won’t need to send the item back to us. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of approval. Please note: we’re unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing or selection made at checkout, or items without proof of a defect or damage. This helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.
