Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your AeroPack purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at cross1eyes@gmail.com with your order number and a photo showing the issue.

Once we review and approve your claim, we'll issue a full refund or send a replacement — whichever you prefer. In most cases, you won't need to send the item back to us.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Please note: we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases, incorrect sizing/selection made at checkout, or items without proof of a defect or damage. This helps us keep our prices fair for everyone.
